Chef de Partie – Countryside Gastro Pub
Location: SP11, Hampshire
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 + Tronc + Accommodation
- I am recruiting for a Chef de Partie to help the team at a beautiful gastro pub in a village Between Andover & Newbury.
- As a Chef de Partie you are a going to work all sections of the kitchen and assist the head & Sous Chefs with the day to day running of the kitchen.
- I am looking for someone who has a flair for cooking with high quality fresh ingredients.
- A chef who takes pride in the presentation of their food.
- You will need to be a strong, calm and collected chef.
- Have excellent organisation skills.

- Basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.

- Delivering our Best of British seasonal menus.
- Deliver exceptional food quality, presentation, and an efficient working kitchen.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and H&S procedures are followed.
- Be responsible for stock ordering, stock controls, wages controls, rotas, and maintenance.
- To work closely with the management team on developing the business for future success and growth.
- Help to maintain the companies EHO rating.
The desirable candidate:
- An experienced Chef de Partie, who can deliver exceptional food.
- A professional, calm and collected Chef.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan your time and multi-task where needed.
- A true foodie, with a passion for working with local suppliers and fresh ingredients.
- Credentials in Health & Safety training and hygiene standards would be advantageous but the ability to adapt and learn new systems and operating procedures.
- Be happy to work closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef and have the ambition to take your career to the next level.
