This private members club which is based in central London is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be based in their restaurant, but you will also be involved in events. You will be creating modern European dishes and there is a strong focus on using the best seasonal produce available.
As Chef De Partie, you will be working closely with The Head Chef across all sections of the kitchen. There will also be the opportunity for you to add your own dishes to the menu.
Chef De Partie – predominantly Monday – Friday – 40 hours – overtime paid hourly
