– Data-driven Strategies: Own the management of CRM and data reporting, providing invaluable insights to support decision-making and revenue growth.
– Collaborative Spirit: Liaise with the wider Marketing and Ops teams, ensuring seamless coordination of creative and copy for engaging customer communications.
– Brand Ambassador: Oversee cross-brand communications and manage data from OTAs and third parties.
Qualifications and Skills:
– CRM Savvy: Minimum 2 years of active CRM experience, with Atreemo/Airship systems expertise.
– Analytical Guru: Possess a data-driven mindset and a keen eye for trends, figures, and opportunities.
– Communication Pro: Excellent written and oral communication skills, backed by strong attention to detail.
– Tech-savvy: Proficient in Excel, BI tools, and a flair for HTML. Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
– Passion for Design: Interest in design and UX to elevate customer experiences.
