As the Event and Catering Manager, you’ll be pivotal in managing and delivering top-notch catering operations at their prestigious venue. You will focus on maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring events are planned and run smoothly. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed expectations in delivering operational functions and events.
• Direct, supervise, and motivate, staff during events.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate pre-event planning, including beverage stock control and equipment orders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant experience in hospitality.
• Experience running a large smooth food service
