Food and beverage Supervisor
40 hour a week + Overtime Predominately Monday – Friday 
 Salary 38,000 (OTE)  
Location: Westminster, London,
My client is an in-house restaurant and events space looking for an Experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join and support the existing team. 
The Role

  • Reporting to the food and beverage manager you will be taking responsibility for several areas including the supervision of plated private dining, banqueting, and conferences as well as cover in our Café-Bar.
  • We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor with a passion for great service.

Key responsibilities

  • To lead and motivate the Café Bar and functions teams, and to promote a proactive and dynamic working relationship with the Kitchen and Front of House team to provide an overall memorable dining experience for our guests.
  • Facilitate all systems and procedures to enable the smooth operation of the POS system and online diary management.
  • To assist in supervising functions, events and to assist in the Café Bar or Room Service when required.
  • To maintain ordering programs and till systems.

The Candidate

  • Have previous experience in a Supervisory role
  • A basic wine knowledge WSET L1 is desirable
  • Training in health, hygiene, and COSHH
  • Hard working with a passion for great customer service
  • A great knowledge of all things fronts of house Operations
  • Be enthusiastic all-rounder who will enjoy the opportunity to grow and develop.
  • Be able to cope and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment


  • £29,000 base salary 40 hours per week average working week 50 hours
  • Paid Overtime 1.25 pre midnight Monday to Friday 1.5 after midnight Monday- Friday
  • Double pay all weekend
