We’re on the lookout for an awesome Bars Manager to handle multiple venues with live entertainment. If you’ve got at least 2 years of experience as a Bar Manager in a top-notch bustling market, this gig could be your jam! Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Bar managers who manage  the day-to-day bar operations
• Focus on Atmosphere, quality service and guest satisfaction
• Identify training needs, develop solutions, train and mentor bar staff to uphold high service standards
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, optimize inventory, stock levels, and ordering for profitability
• Develop beverage menus and concepts
• Analyze sales data for revenue growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging mixology techniques
