Head Chef, Quality All day dining Brasserie, London, up to £60,000
I am looking to recruit a proven Head Chef to join this hugely successful all day dining Brasserie in Central (east) London.  Located in a very popular food focused location this restaurant frequently caters for up to 300 covers per service at peak trading.
The food is made fresh from scratch in house, working to a company set menu, looking for head chefs from high volume operations with weekly revenue more than £80,000 per week. 
This restaurant is part of a larger group with separate brands who operate several premium restaurants in major cities cross the UK, they are proud to be an award-winning fresh food company with consistently high standards of both food and service
The Ideal Head Chef – The Head Chef they are looking for will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service ensuring the high brand standards are adhered to at all times and to manage the team of 25-30 BOH staff.
You will be taking full responsibility for the back of house profitability by controlling stock levels and managing a consistent GP along with staff training and their future development.
This is a hands-on Head Chef role, it requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, and has experience dealing with high volumes of business within a structured branded background.
Package for Head Chef

  • A starting salary of up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Uncapped quarterly bonus scheme worth between £6,000 – £12,000
