Job Brief for Head Chef – One of London’s most innovative and successful operators with sites across London require a Head Chef for their most prestigious site in central London. With a regular client base this restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and frequently caters for more than 150 covers per service.  
The ethos behind this company is simple, to serve fresh, seasonal and modern food which has been carefully sourced in smart yet relaxed surroundings coupled with a range of excellent wines, great beers and attentive charismatic service.
The Ideal Head Chef – Due to the importance of this Head Chef position it requires a proven Head Chef with at least 2 years experience as Head Chef and a background of at least at least five years in a high end/up market casual dining concept with a minimum of 3 years in a Head Chef position. 
You will need to be passionate, committed, focused and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. It’s essential you have proven communication, managerial and organisational skills for this high profile Head Chef position.

• Worked in a similar, food led restaurant business serving high volumes daily
• Strong personality & kitchen presence
• Experience with new-openings and mobilisation
• Managed a team of 15 chefs
• Fresh food experience is essential

Package for Head Chef – The successful candidate will be in entitled to the below starting package.

• £55,000 + per annum
• Uncapped quarterly bonus scheme
