The Role:
As the Senior Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing The Black Lamb’s operations and elevating its wine offerings. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Wine Enthusiasm: Embrace a genuine passion for wine and collaborate with suppliers to create our secret wine list of exceptional wines.
  2. Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering top-level service, and inspire your team to excel in customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
  3. Product Promotion: Drum up excitement and interest in our wine selections and culinary offerings, acting as the face of the business when discussing wines and produce.
  4. Operational Mastery: Demonstrate your expertise in running a restaurant, ensuring seamless operations, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
  5. Innovation and Leadership: Exhibit strong leadership qualities and operational proficiency, positioning yourself as a potential General Manager for future opportunities.
  6. Fresh Perspective: Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the table, contributing to the continuous improvement of The Black Lamb’s offerings.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  2. Restaurant Management: Proven experience in successfully managing a restaurant, overseeing operations, and leading a team to excellence.
