You will be creating and enhanced menu with European dishes in a relaxed environment and there is strong focus on using the best quality produce available. You will be working closely with The Executive Chef who is from a fine dining background.
Senior Sous Chef – As Senior Sous Chef I would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.
