This well-established, 2 AA rosette Japanese restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join their brigade. The concept is modern Japanese cuisine with a European twist and there is strong focus on sourcing the freshest Ingredients.
Senior Sous Chef – As Senior Sous Chef I would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.
