- Base Salary £35,000 + £7,000 Service Charge.
- Full time 48 hours – Working 5 days out of 7.

- The pub serves a fresh from scratch menu and delivers on average 100 covers per day.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Experienced working with fresh seasonal ingredients.
- A team player who is happy to get stuck in and help the rest of the team.
- A passion for food and producing the best plates for guests.
- A Gastro Pub background or Rosette experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Candidates must have own motorised transport due to the rural location.
- Accommodation in a shared house next door can be available.
